In November of 2015 your company installed an egress window into our basement. We would like to first thank you for the great work your crew did on the installation. Not only did it change the dynamic of our basement, it is now livable space and opens up several options with basement space that were not there before.

I would also like to comment on the professionalism of your crew. They were very thorough and fast in the installation. We were shocked at how quick (One afternoon) that they had the window installed, and the job cleaned up. I had my doubts about the completion time when it was quoted, but those doubts were erased and the job was completed in under the time frame given.

The crew themselves were not only friendly, but helpful in suggestions that we could do to improve areas of the house that needed mended. They also were more than helpful in spreading out the excess dirt from the installation to increase the incline away from our house which has been helpful with keeping water away from our home. They identified that problem and remedied that for us and we are grateful.

Carolyn and I are pleased with the workmanship provided by Mike, Jr. and Kevin on the egress window they installed for us. During the installation, it rained very hard. The guys made sure that no water entered our basement during the downpour. It was a quality installation with minimal dust and very little lawn damage. The lawn quickly returned to normal. The major benefit we realize is the outdoor light gained from the window.

Actually, by the time you receive this, your crew will have installed the second window, as Becky and I could not believe the difference the first one made not only in room appearance, but the real intended use of providing a viable escape path in the event of fire, or another related emergency. To say that this area will be utilized more in time to come would be an understatement.

Be sure to compliment your crew for the minimal damage, disruption, and cleaning required during the project, and upon completion. Their efforts resulted in the area being back to normal upon their exit, just as it was before the project started. Great service from start to finish!  I reached out to Integrated Egress to get a quote on installing 2 egress windows. After providing a quote, Mike came out and walked us through the installation process. They were able to set up the installation for the following week.

The team communicated well throughout the entire process. They showed up on time in the morning and worked quickly and efficiently. Both windows were completed in one day! The crew was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions we had during the installation process. We were also very happy with the clean-up after work was completed.
